1. General
These Terms govern peakdreams3d.com and the free electronic services provided directly through the website.
The Terms are available free of charge and may be saved by the user.
2. Electronic services
- displaying pages, articles, portfolio, product and service information;
- the contact form;
- remembering the optional analytics preference;
- links to external stores and websites.
Content access lasts while you use the relevant page. The form service lasts for the period technically necessary to transmit the message.
3. Requirements and acceptable use
An internet-connected device and current browser are required; an active email is needed to receive a form response. Unlawful content, spam, malicious code and attempts to disrupt website security are prohibited.
4. Studio service inquiries
Sending a form or email does not automatically create a paid service contract. Scope, price, schedule, revisions, file delivery, licensing/rights and payment terms are agreed individually in a quote, order confirmation or separate contract.
Individual project terms take priority for that project. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
5. Digital products and external platforms
The website may link to Superhive Market, Gumroad or other platforms. When a purchase takes place outside peakdreams3d.com, checkout, payment, taxes, delivery and refund information are shown by the relevant platform and transaction.
6. Intellectual property
Text, graphics, renders, photography, video, layout, branding and other materials are protected by copyright or other rights unless stated otherwise. Product-specific add-on and asset licences are described on the relevant product page or documentation.
7. Availability and liability
The website may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. External links lead to services outside PeakDreams Studio's direct control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Complaints
Complaints about the website or contact form can be sent to peak.dreams.studio@gmail.com. Please describe the issue and provide the relevant page URL. We aim to respond without undue delay and generally within 14 days; mandatory statutory periods apply where relevant.
9. Governing law and consumers
These Terms are governed by Polish law. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protection applicable in a consumer's country of habitual residence. Consumers may use applicable out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms.
10. Changes
These Terms may change when website functions, providers or legal requirements change, without affecting rights already acquired under earlier contracts.
