The controller of personal data processed in connection with peakdreams3d.com and contact with PeakDreams Studio is PeakDreams Studio Stanisław Ogarek, a sole trader registered in the Polish CEIDG business register.

2. Data we process
- contact-form data: name/company, email, selected service, budget, deadline and message;
- information in later correspondence, briefs and materials you provide voluntarily;
- data needed for contracts, invoicing and accounting if we work together;
- technical and statistical data if you consent to analytics.
Please do not send special-category data or information unnecessary for your inquiry.

4. Contact form and FormSubmit
The form uses FormSubmit as a technical service to transmit your message to the PeakDreams Studio email address. Form data and technical information needed to process the request are sent to the service.

5. Recipients
- FormSubmit / Devro LABS — contact form;
- Google — Gmail, optional Google Analytics 4 and Google/YouTube resources;
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, security and traffic handling;
- IT, accounting and professional advisers where necessary and lawful.
Data you provide directly to external platforms such as Superhive Market or Gumroad is governed by those platforms' own policies.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some technology providers may process information outside the EEA. Where this occurs, an appropriate GDPR transfer mechanism should apply, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, depending on the provider and processing location.
7. Retention
- inquiries — for the time needed to handle them and then for a period justified by possible claims;
- contract, invoice and accounting data — for periods required by law and relevant limitation periods;
- analytics — according to Google Analytics configuration and until consent is withdrawn;
- FormSubmit states that submissions are retained for 30 days.
8. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, and withdraw consent at any time.

10. Changes
This policy may be updated when website functions, providers or legal requirements change.
